Ingram Micro's recruitment process will consist of:

  • Initial resume screening for suitability of the position
  • Initial telephone screening (first interview)
  • Second interview (face to face)
  • On-line assessment testing (if required)
  • Third interview (face to face or over the phone) if required to explore the results of the on-line assessment
  • Reference checking

The time frames will vary from role to role and will depend upon availability for interviews. It is estimated that the entire recruitment process will take between three to five weeks.
