Californian Jay Miley is Vice President & Managing Director, Australia and New Zealand.
Jay has over fourteen year’s industry experience at Ingram Micro, where he has honed his abilities with a diverse background in Sales Planning, Pricing, Finance, and Marketing. More recently he has held the role of Managing Director of Ingram Micro New Zealand - a role he assumed in January 2007.
Prior to accepting the New Zealand role, Jay was vice president of vendor business management for Ingram Micro U.S. A position he held for three years, his responsibilities included all vendor relationships within the systems, high-end storage and components categories. In this role he was responsible for developing strategic vendor relationships and identifying key business development opportunities.
Previous to his vice presidency, Jay held the position of senior director of strategic pricing, a role in which he was instrumental in developing Ingram Micro's Choice Advantage program.
Jay holds a bachelor's degree in business economics from the University of California, Santa Barbara and an MBA from the University of Southern California.
