Frank has worked in the private practice of law for a decade before entering the commercial world in 1997 as a corporate counsel in Europe and in Asia-Pac. He was Company Secretary of the Tech Pacific group from 2000 to 2003 and had a long-standing relationship with Ingram Micro, as an external lawyer, following the Tech Pacific acquisition. In 2008 he joined Ingram Micro on a full-time basis.
Frank is the author of the Manager's Guides to Commercial Contracts series of books, published in Australia and in the UK.
In addition to his qualifications as a lawyer, Frank has an MBA and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries. He is also a Notary Public.
