Learning & Development

These programs focus on the following areas: Ingram Micro's core values, technical, business and functional skills.
As a new hire, you will attend a face to face Induction session or complete an on-line version of First IMpressions. This program helps to prepare you for what to expect as you begin your career at Ingram Micro. In addition, all new managers attend Foundations of Management, a three (3) day intensive, instructor led course that helps to ensure excellent performance in a management role at Ingram Micro.
To guide your success and development in your new position, your manager will help you establish performance and development goals, and ensure you remain on track, your manager will provide you with formal feedback through IM's end of year performance review processes.
Ingram Micro also offers a competitive education reimbursement program, assisting you in the pursuit of an undergraduate or graduate degree.
